‘The Vaudivilles’ by Anton Chekhov
Both the above were part of the Centre Stage Programme bringing professional live touring theatres to local communities .
n Quiz Night 16 September 2005
A full house for a testing night answering questions on Local Observation, History, World of Entertainment, and General Knowledge.
n Wine tasting Evening 18 November 2005
An evening hosted by the Knights Wine Traders, providing an opportunity to test your expertise, and sample, a selection of wines from around the new world.
n Fish and Chip Supper 22 October 2005
A fun night celebratiing Trafalgar day with traditional local Fish and Chips and a lively ‘Prince Conker’ Disco
n Harvest Supper 5 October 2005
The annual St James’ Church Harvest Supper provided good food and some rich entertainment

Valentines Dance with Top Notch live band
Centre Stage 2005 and 2007 Programmes with “People are Living There” by Athol Fugard
and “Firebird” performed by The Oxford Touring Theatre Company .
