IT WAS A FUN NIGHT WITH OVER 70 PEOPLE COMING FORMING TEAMS TO MATCH THEIR WITS WITH OTHERS.

Some were hard, and some were easy, but there was a good cross-section of questions, which taxed the memories at times.
The winners were The Magnificent 7 + The Bandit, a team from the Village, almost exclusively female, who ran home by 6 clear points with 60 out of 80 correct answers.

was also a challenging individual photo competition, having to
identify the following people:
Silvio Burlesconi, Ernest Hemingway, (a young) Elizabeth Taylor,
Kurt Cobain, Jonah Lomu, Colin McCrae, David Trimble, Gloria
Swanson, Norman Schwarzkopf, Henri Mancini, and Kelsey Grammer.
The highest numbet of correct answers was nine.
