The annual Fish and
Chip Supper was held last Saturday, with a full house of 88
people. Prince Conker (Robin Bailey) provided the superb Disco
and entertainment, and the excellent Fish and Chips came from Ocean
Blue in Burton Street.
From the photos below it's easy to see that it was again a super event, enjoyed by all who came, some to their first Village Hall social dance evening. As the date was close to Halloween some even made it fancy dress!
The Raffle raised over £190, the first prize being a days free membership for 2 at the Stapleford Park Golf and Lifestyle Club. The winning ticket was held by Mary Halford, (who no doubt may well share it with Malcolm).
